Well Work has been founded by Sandra O’Neill to provide workplaces with evidence-based education, consulting, counselling and facilitation in wellbeing, supporting a positive workforce alongside productivity. This combines a natural blend of expertise in mental health and business.
With first-hand insight through an extensive background in business management in Australia and internationally, Sandra offers broad experience in consulting and training within workplace and educational settings. Following decades in these fields, focus turned to a passion in mental health, re-training to become a Counsellor, directly supporting clients through clinically researched, person-centered framework. This is aligned with delivering training programs to front line staff in the human service sector and within the community.
This unique combination of knowledge promotes trauma informed, culturally sensitive training and consulting, empowering leaders to incorporate the most effective strategies into their work culture.
