Well Work has been founded by Sandra O’Neill to provide workplaces with evidence-based education, consulting, counselling and facilitation in wellbeing to support a positive, productive environment. This combines a unique blend in education, business and mental health.
With first-hand insight through an extensive background in business management in Australia and internationally, Sandra offers expertise in business and training. Focus later turned to a passion in mental health, to become a qualified Counsellor, directly supporting clients in private practice and within the workplace, alongside delivering training programs to front line staff in human service and community sectors. This practical skill set promotes trauma informed, culturally sensitive framework, empowering leaders to incorporate clinically researched strategies into work culture.
